FUTURE PLANS

These past few days I've been thinking about a lot of things. Things like taking a risk outside the country and consider working abroad. It's not that I'm no longer happy with my job, trust me, I am. It is actually a simple dream that came into reality. I get to do the job that I've always wanted but I've been thinking about my daughter's future. As much as I wanted to stay but my earnings isn't sufficient anymore to provide my daughter a better future. I really hope I can figure things out soon, it's time for me to take some necessary actions.

This is what I wore last Friday, I seldom wear jeans since I'm mostly fan of dresses and skirts but there are times that I wanted to just move in carefree, especially when I have my period. I opted to pair it up with my thrifted blazer and accessorize it with my znu necklace and pearls.

So, do you have future plans as well?

  1. I also think about working in another country. I do not know what, but I want to try anywhere, as long as work and earn money. I have many plans and dreams, so I have to be frugal. pants also look great, just like in a dress! and pants is a big convenience :) your styling is beautiful, so warm and cheerful. A last photo I fell in love <3

  2. I moved abroad and it was the best decision I've ever made! I've learned so much through my experiences and mistakes, but I think it would of been a little different if I had a child like you. But do whatever feels right! Oh, and loving the outfit :) xxx

  3. I find it difficult sometimes to think about making future plans instead of always looking back and wishing I'd maybe taken other opportunities, especially while I've been at uni, for example maybe doing a term abroad. But then if I think instead about future plans, I realise I still can go abroad, maybe not with uni, but when I finish! Good post :) Do you want to follow each other via Bloglovin' so we can keep up with each others' posts? Really like your blog.

  4. Hi dear! Hope you're doing great! I'm from Mexico and I have moved two times in my life since I finished University, trust me, is not too easy but is definitely the best you can do in your life, not because you're not comforatble (as you mentioned before) but moving and change your environment is really healthy and amazing! Think about it, I hope you can find the best direction for your future! And talking abour your outfit it is too beautiful, love the touch of pink!

I think you need to do what what you have to, to provide for your daughter and yourself. I hope you made the best choice for both of you, I'm sure it will be difficult to leave your family... ♡

  6. I think that's one of the sad reality for us, Filipinos. I grew up without my parents because they had to work somewhere else because what they were earning before they left was not enough! I'm in my late twenties, single and I still feel like I need to leave the country to earn and save more!

It would be very difficult if you leave, especially because you have a child, but I'm sure what ever decision you'll make, it will be for your child's interest. :)

    1. Certainly is, because reality is we're not paid accordingly and better opportunities is always outside the country. It's really difficult, but I need to make some sacrifices for her. :) thanks Ishna for dropping by.

  11. Working in another country? Wow, that is an exciting thought and I am sure a little scary too. Keep thinking about it and do not forget to listen to what your heart says. Our hearts are always smarter than our heads even though they often do not seem that way. If your heart is not happy you will never be either. Speaking of exciting, you are looking amazing in those pretty jeans. I was enjoying every shot so much and hoping the whole time for a back shot and then there it was! Gave me an incredible finish to my night ;) Hugs and love cutie! xoxo

  13. I think one thing about adult life I find hard is making decisions, cos you never know if its right or wrong. Having said that, we can only try and hope/pray that God shows us the way. So my advice is, pray about it and take one day at a time. I'm a single mother of one boy and it gets hard sometimes. I don't know if you're a single mother too, but I can relate to your concern. Pray about it, please. Keep your head up, take one day at a time, mind how you spend and the rest will fall into place someday. :)
    You look pretty!

  19. I think you should do whatever makes you happy! The worst thing to do if you ask my opinion is settling! If going abroad to work is what you want to do, then you should do it :)
I think it's so hard to make those decisions, but sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and do it!
Love your outfit, the jeans are very pretty, especially for spring and summer!
